The Aldwych Campaign grant was made to employ an archivist at the london School of Economics to catalogue the papers of the late Richard Wainwright MP, a founder member of the Scurrah Wainwright Charity and Andrew Wainwright Reform Trust. These contain a wealth of information about the Liberal Party between the 1950s and 2003 as well as interesting material about radical political causes going back to the 1930s. Trustees are keen to see them used by historians and other researchers and further details are here.
